Arbury Hall

The seat of the Newdigate family for over 400 years and the ancestral home of Viscount and Viscountess Daventry. This beautiful Elizabethan house was built on the site of a 12th century Augustinian Priory. It was transformed in the 18th century to become the finest example of Gothic Revival architecture in the country.

British Motor Museum

The largest collection of historic British cars in the newly refurbished Museum.  Take a walk down the ‘Time Road’ and discover how both motoring and family life has changed through the decades including period music and memorable events such as the introduction of double yellow lines. Travel through ‘Making British Cars’ and see how influential the motor industry has been over the years and where it is heading in the future.

Coombe Country Park

Set in 500 acres of beautiful countryside, Coombe Country Park offers a wide variety of family activities including woodland walks, children’s play areas, formal gardens, coarse fishing, lakeside walks, a hands-on visitor centre, and a restaurant and gift shop. With one of the largest heronries in the UK on site, including a large accessible bird hide, it’s great for wildlife enthusiasts.

Coventry Cathedral

St Michael’s Spire stands majestically in the heart of Coventry city centre, forming part of the Old Cathedral and its magnificent ruins. The building remains one of the most important international symbols of peace and reconciliation in the world, and is one of the city’s three remaining spires.  Explore the Cathedral with the smartphone app which offers three trails.

The Rising Café serves innovative classic dishes and excellent beverages that evoke the atmosphere of the 1940s. It is run by previously homeless and substance-addicted men and women, and 100% of proceeds go towards funding their recovery.

Coventry Music Museum

An award winning permanent independent, small but perfectly formed museum, with lots to see and to do. Although 2-Tone music is well featured here, the museum never forgets all the many artists to come out of Coventry & Warwickshire. Activities include a studio in which visitors can try their hand (and ears) at composing and music-making.

There is a Village café, a vintage, new 2-Tone and memorabilia shop.  Suitable for wheelchair users and had a disabled toilet.  Wheelchair access to the museum is by stair climber only, please call 24 hours before you visit if you wish to use this.
